At Genie Safety Hub, we believe that real change starts with responsibility.
Our Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) supports men who have used violence or control in their relationships to understand the impact of their actions, develop safer behaviours, and build healthier family dynamics.

This program is not just about stopping violence—it’s about creating lasting change that protects women, children, and communities.

How It Works
  1. Referral or Intake Assessment
    We accept referrals from QPS, corrections, family court, or community services.
  2. Initial Behaviour Screening
    Our team conducts a trauma-informed intake interview.
  3. 12–20 Week Structured Program
    Delivered by qualified Men’s Behaviour Support Workers & Trauma Specialists
  4. Ongoing Monitoring & Progress Review
    Includes check-ins, support coordination, and family safety feedback
  5. Post-Program Support
    Referrals to parenting programs, employment support, or counselling
